Safaricom introduces a flat KES0.50 charge after two reverse calls daily:

Safaricom has limited reverse calls to two per day, charging Sh0.50 for the third call to reduce free usage and boost revenue.

With over 2 million users relying on the service, Safaricom expects to earn at least Sh1 million daily from the new charges.
