Court set Babu Owino free in attempted murder case againt DJ Evolve

Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has been set free in the attempted murder case against Felix Orinda alias DJ Evolve. The ruling was delivered today, December 14, 2021, after the court allowed the withdrawal of the case by DJ Evolve.

However, Court upholds prosecution’s application to proceed to full trial with the ‘Misuse of a firearm’ charges levelled against Embakasi MP, Babu Owino.
