Anthony Elanga has sign a new deal with Manchester United to remain at club until June 2026,with the option of an additional year. The deal comes just nine months after last deal
The now 19yr old player joined United when he was just 12 years old from Swedish side Malmo and has worked his way up through the youth ranks to his current role on the fringes of the first team.
This contract news is great from United’s perspective. It keeps him at Old Trafford until 2026 with the option to extend until 2027.
Elanga can play on either wing or as a striker in Rangnick’s 4-2-2-2 system. The German has a reputation for developing young talent and will relish working with Elanga.
He has seven goals in seven games for Sweden’s Under-21 side this season, which shows he is capable of hitting the back of the net when he gets a chance.
