We are asking Raila to consider legalizing Marijuana when elected

Jubilee Vice-chairman David Murathe has revealed that they are advising Azimio la Umoja Presidential candidate Raila Odinga to legalise Marijuana arguing that the numbers being floated by Roots Presidential candidate George Wajackoyah make sense.
