The Central Organization of Trade Unions (COTU) Secretary General, Francis Atwoli, was, on Saturday, unanimously re-elected as the President of the Organization of African Trade Union Unity (OATUU).

Atwoli, who has served as OATUU president since 2013, was re-elected for the third time due to his vast experience and deep commitment to advancing the rights and interests of workers across the continent.

Following his re-election as the OATUU President, Atwoli is set to lead in addressing pressing issues facing workers in Africa, including job security, social protection, and the promotion of decent work.
