Bahati Joins Politic, Unveiled as Jubilee Parliamentary Candidate

Musician Bahati AKA Mtoto wa Mama has joined politics eying Mathare parliametary seat. He was unveiled by President Uhuru Kenyatta’s ruling party at its headquarters in Parklands, Nairobi by Kanini Kega. 

Speaking after the Friday, March 18 event, the musician stated that he had consulted with his family and friends before joining the race.

“Future of our People in Mathare Slums Juu Mimi Ni Mtoto Wa Mathare! This is to Officially Confirm that I KEVIN BAHATI KIOKO I will be Vying as Member of Parliament Mathare Constituency Under the JUBILEE/ AZIMIO” He tweeted
