Dp Ruto arrives Turkana County, ahead of the Tobong’u Lore Cultural Festival.

Arrived at the Moi Garden Stadium in Lodwar Town, Turkana County, ahead of the Tobong’u Lore Cultural Festival.

The festival which attracts visitors from neighboring countries of Ethiopia, South Sudan and Uganda commenced on December 9-11.

Tobong’u lore is a celebration of indigenous culture held every spring in Turkana, northern  Kenya. The festival is hosted by a number of indigenous communities adjacent to the lake, and is meant to promote peace, cultural exchange, and tourism
