Kenyan Ferdinand Omanyala is no.2 and breaks the national record for the 5th time in the 100M at the AbsaKipKeinoClassic World Athletics Continental Tour in Nairobi


Ferdinand Omanyala clocks 9:76secs to set a New 100m records as he finishes 2nd behind USA’s Trayvon Bromel at the on going in Kasarani.

Trayvon Bromell powered to a new Personal Best (PB) and World Lead of 9.76s (1.2) to win the men’s 100m at the Kip Keino Classic, holding off a very strong Ferdinand Omanyala who smashed the African Record, running 9.77s! Justin Gatlin came 3rd in 10.03s.
