Four dressed Ugandan Soldiers uniform arrested by Kenya Police for allegedly harasing Kenyan fishers at Lake Victoria.

Kenya Police has arrest 1 Uganda solder and 3civilians dressed in Uganda solder uniform. The four alleged to have been harasing Kenyan fishers at Lake Victoria. The four are being held at Port Victoria Police Station in bundalangi.
