High court overturns acquittal of former Kipipiri MP Amos Kimunya in Sh60 million fraud case.

Former NA Majority Leader Amos Kimunya, three others suffer a major setback after the High Court overturned a lower court decision to acquit them of the Ksh 60 million land graft case.

He was acquitted by Magistrate Felix Kombo in 2020.
