KEBS Temporary Suspends 10 Cooking Oil Brands After Quality Check

The Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) has temporarily suspended 10 cooking oil and fat brands from the market over quality issues. The 10 include; Bahari Fry, Fresh Fri, Fresh Fri with Garlic, Fry Mate, Gold n Pure Olive, Postman, Rina, Salit, Tilly, and Top Fry.

KEBS explained that the decision was reached after it sampled some of the cooking oil products. However, it was noted that the suspension was temporary.
