KEMSA CEO Andrew Mulwa wins prestigious African Governance Award

Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) Chief Executive Officer Andrew Mulwa was on Friday named the winner of the African Governance Award at the ongoing  African Governance Conference in Mauritius.

The announcement was made under the 2024 edition of this esteemed annual awards scheme, recognizing Dr. Mulwa’s exceptional contributions to public governance.

“We are delighted to inform you that you have been confirmed as a winner of an African Governance Award under the 2024 edition of this unique annual awards scheme,” noted Baroness Paulette, the Africa Governance Awards organiser.

“This confirms you as one of the leading lights in Africa’s ongoing political and socio-economic renaissance and presents you to the world as worthy of international public acclaim as a standard setter for public institutions across the continent.”

The news was conveyed through an official letter to Dr. Mulwa, emphasizing the comprehensive and credible selection process that involved public nominations, rigorous research consultancy, and expert assessments by an international Awards selection jury.
