Martha Karua announces 2027 presidential bid

Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua has insisted that she will not deputise anyone in the 2027 general elections, insisting that she will only gun for the country top seat.

Speaking on Friday during a burial ceremony in Kiandieri, Kirinyaga County, Karua said that she is no longer going to be anyone’s running mate.

Her bid for the presidency is, therefore, seen as further proof of the widespread opposition to the Kenya Kwanza government.

“I want to tell my good former Senator Daniel Karaba that I’m beyond any running mate position, I will be going for the top seat come the next election,” she said.

Karua further said that she and any other like-minded Kenyans will continue opposing the Kenya Kwanza administration for its failures.
