North Korea bans laughing for 11 days during mourning for anniversary of Kim Jong-il’s death

NorthKorea is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its former leader KimJong II, so the citizens of North Korea will have to mourn for the next 11 days. During this, he can neither be happy nor laugh, if someone is found drinking, then he will be punished with death

North Korea bans laughing, alcohol, birthday parties, funerals, grocery shopping, & more activities for 10 days to mark the 10th anniversary of former Supreme Leader Kim Jong Il’s passing.
