Reuben Kigame locked out of presidential race

Presidential aspirant Reuben Kigame has been locked out of the race by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission.

Kigame was vying as independent candidate and presented his papers to the IEBC for approval confirmed on Monday that he had been barred from the 2022 presidential contest.
