Russian general killed in bombing outside Moscow apartment building

Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of Russia’s Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection Forces and wanted for war crimes in Ukraine, was killed this morning in Moscow when a bomb hidden in a scooter exploded outside his apartment building.

Ukraine charged him with chemical war crimes 24h ago.
