Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, son of former Libya’s leader Muammar Gaddafi, submit his papers as a presidential candidate for the country’s December election

Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi will be seeking the top office in Libya.

Saif al-Islam Qaddafi submitted his papers at a branch of the electoral commission in the southwestern city of Sebha, this Sunday.
