Sonko pays Sh100,000 fine for Alvin Linus Chivondo is accused of stealing Food from Naivas

Ex-Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has paid KSh 100,000 fine for 21-year-old Alvin Linus Chivondo who was jailed after pleading guilty tor stealing cooking oil from Naivas. Chivondo had shoplifted goods worth KSh 3,165. He’s given him one month food stock and promised him a job.
